Evenings at New Zealand’s Luxury Lodges are special occasions. At The Resurgence we are reknown for our relaxed dinner-party style where guests share good food, stories and many laughs. Hosts Peter and Clare join you and your fellow dinner-guests at 7pm for a glass of Nelson wine and the chef's daily 'amuse bouche'.
Served dinner-party style in the lodge's dining room, daily menus are executed by our head chef, Ernst Hoekstra, to feature fresh local produce and organic vegetables from the lodge's kitchen garden all cooked with passion. Peter has selected the best wines from the Nelson region to compliment our dinner menus.
A candle-lit table in our private dining room or on our romantic outdoor platform is available for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

Lodge-dining is like a dinner party and your host plans a daily set menu. It is not an a la carte restaurant with choices. Please let us know any dietary restrictions when booking.
If you dislike or cannot eat any common foods, we need to know this in advance so we can adapt the menu to suit you.
