Lodge dining - good food, good wine and excellent company

Evenings at The Resurgence are special occasions. Hosts Peter and Clare join you and your fellow dinner-guests at 7pm for a glass of Nelson wine and the chef's daily 'amuse bouche'. Served dinner-party style in the lodge's dining room, daily menus are executed by our head chef, Ernie, to feature fresh local produce and organic vegetables from the lodge's kitchen garden all cooked with passion. Peter has selected the best wines from the Nelson region to compliment our dinner menus.

A candle-lit table in our private dining room or on our romantic outdoor platform is available for anyone celebrating a special occasion.
